How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.

Why is it charging me £1.99 for my 14 day trial?

We offer your first 14 days of vitamins completely free, we only ask that you cover our cost for the postage which we feel is a fair deal.

Is this an ongoing contract?

Absolutely not. You’re free to change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

I’ve never heard of you before, how do I know you’re a real company?

What happens if I don’t like my product?

We’re pleased to say this almost never happens! But in the unlikely event you’re unhappy, simply reach out to us and we’ll arrange a full refund.

Can I have more than 1 subscription?

Of course. You can add or change subscriptions via your members dashboard.

Do you just deliver to the UK?

Currently, yes. We do have plans for other regions and will update our website once this becomes available.

What’s your returns policy?

You can send any unopened items within 28 days for a full refund. No questions asked. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made right here in the UK :)
